The bleesing from the God

時々、「神の恵み」だなんて言葉を耳にします。ペルーのマラスの塩田はそれにピッタリの場所かもしれません。

どこから塩水が湧いて出てきているのか？そして、ここは乾季にしかこのような姿を現さない白亜の塩田。お客様のふとした言葉に気づかされました。そう、これは「神の恵み」なんだと。

We sometimes hear a phrase "The blessing from the God" Maras, a salt field in Peru is surely a place to use this term. 

No idea where source salt water has been coming from, and it always appear only in dry seasons. I was noticed that "This is it!" when one of my clients suddenly tweeted. 

Walk straight

先日、思わずシャッターを切りました。見上げれば澄んだ青空と、そして一筋の飛行機雲。ただ真っ直ぐ、真っ直ぐ！先日読んだ一冊で、イソップ寓話の「ウサギとカメ」のたとえ話を使ってました。僕はまだまだカメのように真っ直ぐゴールだけを見据えて歩めていないようです。

仕事です。行ってきます！

Looking up to the sky, I noticed that one jet stream line in clear blue sky was going straight forward, and hurried myself to take a photo the other day. Do you know one of Aesop's stories about a rabbit and a turtle? It seems that I'm still not able to keep walking straight ahead just looking at a goal like the turtle....

Pig, Pig, Pig!

地元ＦＭ放送局の番組で紹介されていたので存在はしっていましたが、初めて行ってみました。「昭和」という時代を感じさせるお店です。十三の老舗とんかつ店「大富士」と兄弟店だとラジオのインタビューで大将はおっしゃっていたなと記憶しています。日本はどうしてこういう店が残らないんでしょうね・・・！？流行よりも、何か大切なものがあるとは思いますが・・・。また行ってみようと思います！

たくさんの豚の置き物（店の中はもっと・・・）は大将が４７年間、我が町”立花”で開業してから集めたものだそうです。フランスのリヨンで仕事で頻繁に立ち寄るレストランもブタがたくさんいますが、それ以上ですここは！！！

It's been a while since I heard about this restaurant through a local FM program, "Oo-Fuji (Big Mt.Fuji.)" which serves mainly Pork dish, but I finally went there. It was filled with the atmosphere of "Showa" era, and I was wondering why this kind of restaurants are disappearing year by year in Japan. There should be something better than chasing fads...

There were so many Pig designed ornaments outside and inside the restaurant. The owner said that he had collected them since he opened the restaurant in my town, "Tachibana" 47 years ago. 

Unique Tempra, Genge

先日、近所の居酒屋に行ってきました。馬刺しと,”げんげ”と呼ばれる深海魚の天ぷらを試してみました。店主曰く、深海に住んでるので釣られるのはまれで、天候が荒れた時に海面近くまで上がってくるんだそうです。 コラーゲンたっぷりみたいですが・・・。

I went to Izakaya, a Japanese style bistro where serves various dishes near my flat the other day, and tried horse meat and tempra of "Genge", one of deep-sea fish. The chef told me that "Genge" was not common to get fished because they normally lived in a quite deep level, but once in a while came up to very close to the surface of the sea whny it was stormy in weather. It contains a plenty of collagen which is said to be good for skin. 

Behind the door

大阪の北新地はオフィス街で、レストランやバーが立ち並び、週中は賑わいを見せる地区。そして、逆に週末は閑散としています。

土曜に中心での喧騒を避け、昼食の場所を探さそうと思い 北新地に足を伸ばしてみました。”やっているところはあるはずだ”と。そしてここに行き着いたわけですが、最初は扉を開けるのはためらいましたが、階段を上がればとても居心地の良い空間が広がっていました。いつもは忙しいんだろうなと思い、また土曜日に北新地を訪れてみようと思いました。オープンしている店もまだありましたし、とても面白そうでしたので。

"Kitashinchi"in Osaka is an office area where there are restaurants and bars for workers, and becomes so lively nights and days on weekdays, but quiet on weekends.

On a Saturday, I was looking for a place for a lunch to avoid a bustle in the centre, and got an idea, "There must be one in Kitashinchi which is open even today", and I reached this one. At first, I hesitated to open the door, but I found a very cozy restaurant after going up some steps. It must be very busy on weekdays. I should try this area once again on Saturday because I found some more restaurants opened that day, and they looked interesting.

A peace in bustles

たった一杯のコーヒーのために梅田（大阪）に出掛けます。残念なことに、我が町「立花」には居心地のよいカフェの類はない。あったとしても、ちょっと求める環境とは違うんです。人であったり、雰囲気であったり。でも、毎回毎回出掛けていると交通費もかかるわけです。部屋をもっと居心地良く、革張りの椅子なんか置いたりしてよくすればいいんですが、ちょっとした都会の喧騒の中にちょっと落ち着きを求めたくなります。そんなことありませんか？

I dare go to the center of Osaka, so called "Umeda" even just to have one cup of coffee because unfortunately I can't find any relaxed cafes around my area, Tachibana. To avoid my expenses to go there, all I need is to make my room more comfortable placing a nice leather chair and so on, but I need and like finding a peace in some sort of bustle of cities. Don't you agree?

Magic of intervals

時々、見えない力と言うものが出会いに作用しているのではと思います。もちろん、我々がなす決断、選択などがその場所に、そしてそのタイミングへと導くわけですが、時として予想を超えています。

また、いつも不思議でならないのが再会までの間隔が謎です。１週間、１ヶ月、１年、時には５，１０，１５，２０年なんて。どうして、そういった期間が必要なのかと考えずにはいられません。そして、何かに気づいたとき、それらが絶妙なものだったと驚かされます。

I sometimes wonder if unknown forces may be working in meeting people... I'm sure that it is based on our own choices which lead us to right places and right timings, but they are sometimes beyond our expectations. 

And the one more thing that I always feel surprised is the interval of reunification between people is a magic, or mystery which could be a week, a month, a year, and sometimes 5, 10, 15, 20...... I just can't stop wondering why those certain periods of interval are required.
