先日、近所の居酒屋に行ってきました。馬刺しと,”げんげ”と呼ばれる深海魚の天ぷらを試してみました。店主曰く、深海に住んでるので釣られるのはまれで、天候が荒れた時に海面近くまで上がってくるんだそうです。 コラーゲンたっぷりみたいですが・・・。
I went to Izakaya, a Japanese style bistro where serves various dishes near my flat the other day, and tried horse meat and tempra of "Genge", one of deep-sea fish. The chef told me that "Genge" was not common to get fished because they normally lived in a quite deep level, but once in a while came up to very close to the surface of the sea whny it was stormy in weather. It contains a plenty of collagen which is said to be good for skin.
