ケープタウン駅に到着してラウンジに案内されます。そこでチェックインを済ませチケットをもらいます。ウェルカムドリンクもサービスされ、トレインマネージャーの挨拶の後に、各号車のバトラー（日本で言えば仲居）に案内され乗車です。
チケットの金文字が高級感あふれていてとてもいいですね。システム手帳も、もちろんブルーの色調です。手帳はもらえませんが、それ以外のペンや、はがき、便箋、その他冊子は記念品としてもらえます。
Upon an arrival at Cape Town station, we were led to a special lounge for Blue Train passengers at first. Then we checked in, and recieved a ticket. Welcome drinks were served there, and after a while train manager, Mr.Herbert introduced himself and other staff to us. After that, batlers for each cart led us to the train cart by cart.
Look at the letters writted in Gold made a ticket even more gorgeous. The colour of personal organizer was of course Blue. We couldn't take it home, but a ball-point pen, a letter set and some brochures inside were give out presents for all passengers.
